In the application tab I think it would look great if you could only "bin" the ones that were "declined" or otherwise cancelled. That way new applicants who wants to join and read old applications dont get scared off, plus they can see some of the great elaborated applications we have had.
I know this sounds abit like dictatoring the way of the information regarding new applicants, and it might not be totally honest, but I really do think we have a problem recruiting in the way that people get scared off from reading declined applications. Especially those with "YOUR GEAR LICKS DONKEYASS...so that would be a 'no'" =) Wich in all fairness shouldnt stop a great player from applying, it would take a heartbeat to gear someone up in this guild =)
Anyway just an idea I had from browsin da forums ;>

TYVM m8 for the input.
I think its a verry good idea. And it crossed my mind before.
I already made some changes to the application section, as i seen that we have a lot of new registered users on the forum but no new applications.
I shall try and keep some examples on there of the "nicer" applications.
TY again m8 its much appreciated! _________________ You don't need a healer... You need a psychiatrist! |
